When it comes to cities that never sleep, Las Vegas is close to the top of the list. Apart from the city's many casinos being open 24/7, the city's endless list of activities is ever-changing. You can go to Sin City one year and have a completely different experience the next.

Whether you want to stay inside your hotel for your entire stay or explore the whole Strip, there's no shortage of delectable restaurants, shows, concerts, and activities that will keep you busy when you're not trying your luck at the slot machines. Where to Eat in Las Vegas in 2023

  • For a high-end Japanese dining experience, Wakuda — located inside the Palazzo Lobby at The Venetian Resort — is an excellent option. Not only will the restaurant's bold art, complemented by neon lights and trendy music, set the tone for your night, but two-Michelin-starred chef Tetsuya Wakuda's dishes (which only use seasonal ingredients at their peak) will satisfy all your senses.
  • If you're looking for a more lighthearted, affordable restaurant to hit up with your family, Retro — located inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino — puts a vintage spin on just about everything, from the nostalgic memorabilia adorning every surface to dishes that bring you back to your childhood, like a high-end twist on SpaghettiOs.
  • For brunch after long days and nights of festivities, hit up Saddelle's at the Bellagio, where you can try its highly sought-after sticky buns while looking out over the hotel's Instagram-ready conservatory and botanical gardens.
  • If you're visiting Vegas with picky eaters, you must dine at the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace. The all-you-can-eat spot boasts countless cuisines from all over the world that are prepared in open kitchens right before you, eliminating the need for debate. It would be a challenge not to find at least one (or more) dishes and desserts you love on its buffet tables.

  • If you're obsessed with the British royals, consider stopping by Diana Las Vegas. The exhibit about the beloved, late royal will let you experience Diana Spencer's legacy through rare artifacts like the most extensive collection of Diana's evening gowns, as well as handwritten memos between Diana and King Charles III. With tickets ranging from $27 to $38, nothing is stopping you from enjoying this royal experience.
  • Punk-music lovers visiting the Strip can visit the Punk Rock Museum, where actual members of some of the genre's most iconic bands stop by to give laid-back guided tours. Not only does the museum boast iconic artifacts and memorabilia, but you'll also get the chance to get your hands on some of your favorite artists' actual guitars. If you're in the mood to elope or get a tattoo, the museum also has a chapel and tattoo parlor on the premises.
  • Las Vegas is a sports destination, too. If you're a football fan, you should hit up the Allegiant Stadium for a tour. It's the home of the Las Vegas Raiders and opened in 2020. In addition to the impressive art that adorns the walls throughout the facilities, you can also step into Raiders owner Mark Davis's actual suite overlooking the 50-yard line.

  • Usher's "My Way" Las Vegas Residency at Park MGM has made headlines for the singer's buzzy serenades to regular celebrity attendees, from Issa Rae to Keke Palmer. No two shows are ever quite the same, so be sure to catch this residency before it closes at the end of 2023.
  • Adele pulled out all the stops to ensure her Weekends With Adele Residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace was as intimate as possible for her millions of fans. You can catch the "Easy on Me" singer's residency until the end of November.
  • Carrie Underwood's Reflection Residency at Resorts World runs until the end of 2023, so you still have plenty of time to catch the iconic "American Idol" winner belting out all her iconic hits, from "Before He Cheats" to "Jesus, Take the Wheel."
