A few select cast members from Mad Men — Jon Hamm, Christina Hendricks, January Jones, and Jessica Paré — visited talk show Katie this week to talk about this season of their hit show, and Katie Couric couldn't resist putting Hamm in the hot seat over why Don "can't keep it in his pants." Watch to see Hamm's funny response, along with Jones and Hamm addressing the work it takes to make Jones's character, Betty, look heavier than usual.

The Mad Men Cast Joke About Historical Inaccuracies on Their Hit Show
The stars of Mad Men got together to discuss their hit show at The Paley Center for Media in NYC last night. Jon Hamm, January Jones, Vincent Kartheiser, and the rest of the cast sat down with show creator Matthew Weiner and moderator Brian Williams for a candid discussion about the new season. During the beginning of the panel, Brian joked with Matthew about an inaccuracy from Sunday's episode — don't forget to check out our Mad Men recap — where Joan, played by Christina Hendricks, said that she had made a reservation at Le Cirque, a real-life NYC restaurant that didn't exist in 1968, when the episode took place. Matthew laughed, "Christina Hendricks isn't here, but she ad-libbed that part." Brian also asked about another un-'60s moment when Don ordered an "Old Spanish," a made-up drink from 30 Rock, which Jon, Brian, and John Slattery have all guest-starred on. Matthew and Jon confirmed that the drink order was purely a nod to Tina Fey's former show. The event was the second big night out for the group this week after they attended a BAFTA celebration of Mad Men in the Big Apple on Monday. Stay tuned for our interview with the cast from the Paley Center panel!
The Mad Men Cast Celebrates a Big Week in NYC
The cast of Mad Men got together last night at The Harvard Club in NYC, where they were celebrated by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts. The show's leading ladies January Jones, Jessica Paré, and Christina Hendricks all chose different looks for the occasion — who gets your best-dressed vote? Jon Hamm, John Slattery, Vincent Kartheiser, and creator Matthew Weiner were also on hand and got together with their costars for a group photo on the red carpet.
It's been a busy few days for the Mad Men actors, who have been making the press rounds in the Big Apple following the season six premiere of their series earlier this month. John Slattery stopped by CBS This Morning yesterday and joked about how Matthew keeps the cast from leaking new scripts, while January sat down for an interview on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. They'll continue promotions today when they attend a panel at the Paley Center, and we'll be on hand to get the latest.
Sneak a Peek: Jon Hamm on Sesame Street
In case Mad Men's Jon Hamm couldn't be more of a draw, now he's appealing to a kiddie audience as well. Check out Hamm's appearance alongside Elmo on Sesame Street, as he introduces the word "sculpture" to everyone's favorite red, furry friend. While his Mad Men character, Don Draper, may not be the most admirable parental role model, we applaud the actor's approachability in his Sesame Street segment. Enjoy (and swoon)!
Jon and Jennifer Hang With Their Pup Ahead of Mad Men's Return
Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt took their dog for a walk in LA yesterday ahead of Mad Men's sixth season premiere. The two showed PDA while holding hands as Jennifer kept their pup Cora on a leash. This isn't the couple's first PDA dog walk. Jon and Jennifer took Cora out for a walk last week and put their love on display while cuddling and hugging during the stroll. The couple may have been getting in their alone time before Jon's big premiere. Don't forget to check out our recap of Mad Men's premiere episode.
