After being released on a $2,500 bond, Justin Bieber left the Miami-Dade County jail on top of his black SUV while waving to gathered fans. With police officers looking on, Justin hopped onto the roof of the car while wearing the black sweatshirt and leather shorts he was arrested in. Justin was arrested early Thursday morning under suspicion of DUI when he was pulled over for speeding. According to the police report, Justin initially resisted arrest and refused to cooperate with the officer. After giving Justin a field sobriety test, which he failed, the officer placed him under arrest and took him into the station for another sobriety test, which he also failed. A police spokesman said that Bieber also admitted to smoking marijuana and taking "some prescription medication" before his arrest. He was charged with a DUI, resisting arrest, and driving with an invalid license.
