You heard it here first: Olivia Culpo is one to watch. Crowned Miss Universe in 2012, the 22-year-old beauty has brows to rival Cara Delevingne's, flawless skin, and a seriously sexy piece of arm candy (she's been dating Nick Jonas since 2013). We met up with her at the launch of the Old Spice Fresher pop-up shop in Grand Central Terminal to find out her top beauty secrets — including her pageant trick for perfectly contoured cleavage.

Her Skin Care Secrets

POPSUGAR: What is your skin care routine?

Olivia Culpo: I wash my skin morning and night; that's very important. I exfoliate at least three times a week, and I sleep with masks on — I really like Clinique Moisture Surge Overnight Mask ($33). But what’s really important for nice skin is hydration. Drink a lot of water!

PS: What is your daily beauty routine?

OC: Some days I really don't wear makeup. I don't like to wear it every day. It's not good for your pores. If anything, I'll wear a tinted moisturizer. For an event, it's a whole different story.

PS: You have such great lashes! What is your favorite mascara?

OC: Right now, I like L'Oréal Voluminous Carbon Black ($8). It's cheap, from the drugstore, and very accessible. My lashes are so thick that I actually usually have to wipe [the wand] off on a towel or something because [my lashes] can get clumped together.

PS: What are your tips to maintaining awesome eyebrows?

OC: Some mornings I look in the mirror and think, "I need a weed whacker!" If you're taking advice from me, don't touch them too much. I let them grow out and be as natural as possible, and to be honest, that's because of laziness.

PS: Do you have any tips from your beauty-queen circuit?

OC: There are all these rumors about butt glue and Vaseline on the teeth, but to be honest with you, I've never met anybody who does any of that stuff. But I like putting tea bags or a spoon that's been in the freezer for 10 minutes under my eyes. It gets rid of any bags.

PS: Do you have any boob bronzing tips?

OC: You have to make sure you put a napkin on the crease where the skin meets the dress. Otherwise, you'll get bronzer on your dress. So line your dress with a napkin [first]; then use all your bronzer and lotion.

PS: What's the one beauty product you can't live without?

OC: Right now, I'm obsessed with Charlotte Tilbury's highlighter/bronzer duo ($68). She's amazing!
