Typically it's the French ladies who are praised for their minimal makeup philosophy. Yet after Milan Fashion Week, we've seen that Italian women have a similar "less is more" motto. The street style stars were spotted with bold brows, rosy lipstick, and very little else in the makeup department. Even the hair was all about the tousled look rather than structured styles.
