We would think an upcoming divorce would make one a bit more depressed but in Kate's case she looks happier and better than ever. In fact, Kate still thinks it's summer running around on the beach in an itsy bitsy black bikini. Maybe the beach and her new boyfriend help keep a smile on her face.

When did Minnie Driver get so damn thin? She looks like she is getting help from her tight dress. She also looks like she is holding her breath but apparently she shed the weight to play a drug-addicted gypsy for a TV show called The Riches. The show is scheduled for 2007 on FX with co-star Eddie Izzard.

• Britney is back!!! We started the week off right with our favorite pop princess coming out of hiding. Someone already lost a whopping 25 pounds all on her own. Go Britney!
• We now know Katie and Tom will be saying I do in Armani, but are still guessing about the exact date and location. We thought it might happen at Clooney's villa near Lake Como, but George laughed off that rumor. Stay tuned...
• Jen cleared up the Vince rumors this week on Oprah, and then made it back to LA just in time for Jennifer Meyer's fabulous star studded baby shower. She also has a new zip code. Jennifer bought a home in 90210.
• Nicole Kidman went from Rome to rehab this week. She kicked off Rome's International Film festival with Fur and she literally glowed as she gushed about the film. But her week didn't end so well when her new husband Keith checked himself into rehab.
• Justin may be so sexy he makes men wonder about their own sexuality, but that didn't stop all the guys (and the ladies too) from checking out his hot clothing line, William Rast, at LA's Fashion Week. We're thrilled we will all be able to check him out as well soon - this week he announced his US tour dates!
