President Gerald Ford has passed away at the age of 93. Details are still being released but his wife, Betty released this statement, "My family joins me in sharing the difficult news that Gerald Ford, our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather has passed away at 93 years of age... His life was filled with love of God, his family and his country."
Oprah and Stedman may finally be moving in together after about 20 years of dating. Better late than never! The man must have the patience of a Saint! Well, it's paid off and now people are saying that wedding bells are just around the corner as well! We're not so sure about this story but we do want more weddings so we'd be happy to see these two finally take it to the next level. Life & Style reports:
"They will be moving together to a new place," a rep for Oprah confirms.

Insiders tell Life & Style that Oprah and Stedman could finally be ready to walk down the isle. “At Oprah’s age she no longer feels she has to prove anything about being a strong single woman," says one insider. "She’s happy to let Stedman have what he wants.”
While the rep downplays talk of nuptials, the insider says Chicago would be the frontrunner for the wedding location — and Oprah just bought the perfect love nest there: a $6 million, 5,000-square-foot apartment!
We wish them lots of luck, but it doesn't look like they're going to need it. Their courtship has lasted much longer than most Hollywood marriages!
It's amazing that people even care what Brandon Davis is doing but he is still being followed and currently looking greasier than ever while soaking up the sun in Maui. Back in May we were shocked and disgusted when greasy Brandon Davis went off, on camera, dissing Lindsay Lohan. He called her poor, made fun of her ex, Wilmer, and even more memorable, made the term "firecrotch" the most over used word of the year. Brandon finally apologized but we could not get over his vulgarity. He also kicked off the theme of crotches which would later be flashed by most young starlets this year including Paris, Britney and LL. Let's hope 2007 brings us classy girls who close their legs, know how to exit vehicles and wear proper undergarments. As for Brandon, we're not sure there is much hope for him but since we never want to see anyone miserably fail, let's hope he can get clean and by that we mean shower and sober.
Kate and her hot husband Len Wiseman got some last minute shopping done this weekend with her daughter Lily in Beverly Hills. They'd look like the perfect Hollywood family except for the fact that Lily has on quite a lot of make-up! Little girls love make-up but it looks so unnatural on their cute little faces. Mom was probably in a festive mood. It's so hard to say no to kids around Xmas!

We love hot Jared Leto but the most recent version of the rocker has not been our favorite. We personally prefer him as an actor but we know there are many of you who love him in his new role so we know you are not only wishing him a happy birthday but you may even be headed to Miami. Celebs really pride themselves on being politically correct and culturally aware. Renée Zellweger had done her share of global work around the world so that is why she was a little embarrassed when she realized she over stepped cultural boundaries. Last year she worked with the Children's Defense Fund and attended a a summit in Jordan about women's health issues. But while there she made a huge cultural faux pas. Here's more:
"Sometimes I just make some cultural mistakes here and there. I had this driver in Jordan, he was lovely, he was taking care of me, really, really generous very, very sweet. "He didn't speak any English. He safely delivered me to the airport and he was just really nice, so I threw my arms around him and I gave him a big Texas thank-you hug. "I stepped back and I looked at his face and he was horrified, and I thought, 'You don't do that! You don't go over there and you don't hug a man that you don't know.' "Cultural faux-pas! I thought, 'Oh, my God, here we go. He's insulted and I'm a prostitute and I'm probably going to jail...or I'm probably married to that guy! We're a couple now!''"

Pursuit of Happyness may be getting great reviews, but they weren't enough to keep the film at the top again this weekend. However, this didn't stop Thandie from celebrating this holiday in London. As for the top spot, Ben Stiller's Night at the Museum debuted at #1 taking in just over $30 million. Pursuit came in at #2 with $15 M. It's hard to compete with a film that's safe to take the whole family to. Rounding out the top 5 are Rocky Balboa with $12.5 M, The Good Shepherd with $10 M and We Are Marshall with $6.6 M.
Old adorable pictures but new news. Ben and Jen had much to celebrate this Christmas with little Violet, especially after she was baptized at a church in Charleston, West Virginia. Marriage and parenthood really has done wonders for Ben, who used to be a bit of a party boy. Now he's going to church and getting his daughter baptized! Here's more:
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's 1-year-old daughter, Violet, has been baptized at Christ Church United Methodist, where the actress' parents are members. Pastor Randy Flanagan said members of the congregation weren't star-struck — or didn't show it too much — when the Hollywood couple showed up on Christmas Eve with their daughter.
Violet's cousin Alex was also baptized.
Looks like the Affleck and Garner family have a lot to be thankful for this holiday season.
