Rumors have been running wild that Madonna and Guy are about to about to get divorced but Madonna is trying to cover it up. The latest report is that Madonna was insisting on Guy going with her to the Brit Awards on Wednesday. The Mirror reports:
The singer told him she would like them to put on a united front on Wednesday at the most important night of the music calendar.
But sources say Guy has told Madonna he won't be used by her as a marketing tool to promote her album and new single.
And in an unusual step Madonna, 47, has shunned the offer of a table for her and her guests because she doesn't know if Guy will give in to her pleas and come along on the night. The singer - nominated for Best International Album and Best International Female - is likely to only come out to present a gong and to collect any prizes she wins.
Yesterday an insider said: "There is a real power struggle going on with Madonna and Guy. She wants the whole world to see they are together. But Guy clearly has other ideas. Like all relationships, theirs is going through a bit of a bad patch but he doesn't see why he's to pretend everything is OK just to keep her happy. He wants them to deal with their problems in private and not put on an act for the cameras. It's a game he's just not willing to play."

Courtney Love is going for makeover #2. Courtney Love was seen leaving Koi all dolled up.
The latest is Courtney crazy is that her father is claiming he will sue her if she writes about him giving her drugs as a toddler in her autobiography called Dirty Blond. He said:
"Courtney is a brilliant artist with a photographic memory and a mass of talent. She can also be a mean bitch - although I put a lot of that down to her mother. I have been told she was given a $1 million (GBP570,000) advance for her book. I know she has told other people I gave her drugs when she was three years old, which she cannot possibly remember and is absolutely untrue as I was an anti-drugs counsellor in the 1960s. But I fear what she might write now to make the book sell."
I think this whole family is a bit looney.

Drew is enjoying some time off before she will shoot her latest film called Music and Lyrics By. The movie co-stars Hugh Grant and they play songwriters who fall in love on the job.
Melissa Joan Hart and her hubby, Mark Wilkerson had a baby boy, Mason Walter, on January 11th. The cutest part of this story - that adorable dog. That cutie should have been in People magazine before this photo opp. He made my day.
Last week J Lo hit fashion week in NYC with her Sweetface designs and now a new single from LL Cool J featuring J Lo has leaked on the internet. She looked great at her show and I'm thinking maybe the old J Lo may be coming back to us. We'll still have to deal with the whole Marc as her husband thing, but they do seem happy together and these days we'll take any happy couple over another sad divorce. Oscar Nominee Jakey G went to the LA Lakers game this weekend with fellow actor and hottie Austin Nichols. Austin is supposedly a good friend of Jake and the new beau of Sophia Bush. We had hoped for a Sophia/Jake partnership, but we are thinking we need to know more about Austin. He looks really yummy.
