He admitted on Thursday taking methamphetamine in breach of probation for a drug conviction, but a judge ordered the tearful performer back into residential drug treatment rather than send him to jail.
It seems Lindsay Lohan has finished with NYC Fashion Week and headed out west. She may be feeling bad about showing up to the MJ show late so she made a pit stop in the store as cameras followed her every move. Page Six also reports she as one of the many at Teddy's the other night. The story is more about Courtney Love, but LL was there and they make note of her being back to her skinny look.
COURTNEY Love may be straying too close to old trouble zones. The other night, Love - on court order to abstain from drugs or booze - was spotted at 1 a.m. at Teddy's, Amanda Demme's star swillery in the Hotel Roosevelt in L.A. Last year, Love passed out at poolside there. Also kicking back with Love - who was not seen drinking - were Matthew McConaughey and "an anorexic-looking Lindsay Lohan." But, our spy warns, Teddy's at 1 a.m. is not the place to be if you just got out of rehab and are serious about staying sober."
It's like she read the first post about us wanting her to eat a hot dog. Too bad she looks like she is in total pain eating the dog. I can only imagine what is going through her head - you know she is totally looking into the cameras hoping People or US Weekly will run this image just to prove to us all she is eating.

Access Hollywood got the first post baby seat scandal interview with Britney and she admitted she screwed up. She clearly didn't want to talk much about it and tried to keep is short and sweet.
"I made a mistake and so it is what it is, I guess," Spears tells "Access Hollywood" in an interview that was to air Thursday.
"Being put in the situation that I was in, it was kind of bad with the paparazzi," Spears tells "Access Hollywood." "Last week, my mom and I went out and they were on us really bad, so you instinctively do what you need to do."
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has said it won't pursue any charges.
Take it for what it's worth - Life and Style is reporting Jessica is furious to learn about Nick and CaCee's cozy night out at LA nightclub Level 3 on Jan. 29. First off, karma's a bitch. Jess probably deserves what is coming to her. Secondly, we reported in early December that there were some issues as to whose side CaCee was on. She is supposedly Jessica's BFF and paid assistant so does that mean she can't end up with Nick? Here's more of this weekends story:
“The two were all over each other,� says an eyewitness, who knows both Nick and CaCee. “Nick had his arms wrapped around her, and he was kissing her all over the side of her face and neck. Her arms were around him, too.�
A second witness at the party, thrown by Wilmer Valderrama, confirms the account. “We were watching in total disbelief,� says the witness. “We kept waiting for them to rip each other’s clothes off.�
An insider close to both Jess and CaCee says that the two were at the event with their respective significant others (Nick was at the bash with his new girlfriend, Elizabeth Arnold, former Miss Kentucky USA and CaCee arrived with her boyfriend, Baltimore Ravens quarterback Kyle Boller). Nick’s rep maintains that Nick and CaCee are just friends.
An then there is the lesbian theory. At one time we had the same headline with Jessica and CaCee K-I-S-S-I-N-G. Maybe this is why Jessica is so angry. I haven't heard her name in ages. Whatever happened to Julia Salinger from PO5? I know she did some dance movie and the Scream films, but other than that, Neve has been MIA. She is finally making headlines again with her new fiance. People reports:
Actress Neve Campbell is engaged to British actor John Light, PEOPLE reports in its latest issue.
To propose, Light, 31, got down on his knee and recited Shakespeare to Campbell, 32. The pair have not yet set a date for their nuptials.
Campbell is best known for her role as Julia Salinger on the family drama Party of Five and starred in all three Scream films. Light starred in the HBO film The Lion in Winter, and also appeared in the miniseries Band of Brothers.
This will be the second marriage for Campbell, who split from Canadian actor Jeff Colt in 1997 after 2 1/2 years of marriage.
It's Valentine's Day on The OC this week and based on last week's scenes we are hoping for a fun episode since things have been rather dull these days. I'm really hoping the Johnny story line is put to rest now that he has fallen off the cliff. I am sooooo over the bizarro crew at Marissa's old-new school. As usual, the most interesting story line is about Seth and Summer. They are fighting and Seth gets slapped tonight so it should include some sassy conversation between the couple.

Clearly Tommy will never get over the fact that Pam was once engaged to Kid Rock. In fact, he openly talks about it and bashes Kid. This did not go over to well in Kid's Detroit hometown. Page Six reports:
B-LIST rocker Tommy Lee got beaten up in Detroit Saturday night for dissing favorite son Kid Rock at Eminem's Shady Records party. "He was talking trash all day about Kid," says our spy. We're told that Eminem's posse, having had it with Lee's barbs, took some swings at Pam Anderson's ex. Lee was supposed to deejay that night in Shady's penthouse but was a no-show.
