Mischa Barton sure cleans up nice, doesn't she? The little ready-to-wear runway show-ista (yay for random-istas!) was on hand in Paris this week to catch the Christian Dior Show. I wonder if she'll be one of the lucky few invited to see the Olsen's kick off their own ready-to-wear fashion line. Thrilling stuff, I tell ya. Hey, when Mischa looks good it's news enough! Kind of. Golf claps.

Gwyneth is about to ditch those heels for a work out to get in shape for her latest movie, Iron Man with Robert Downey Jr. That's right, the actress who has spoken out about taking time off to be a mom and housewife is headed back to work. Gwyneth recently said this time off has been the best years of her life but she's ready to get her creative juices flowing again. Here's more:

"I'm really looking forward to it as an artist and as somebody who that part of me has been dormant for a long time."

"I've been at home being a housewife, which is amazing and I've loved every second of it," she told Winfrey's pal Gayle King backstage at the Academy Awards.

She also called being wife (to Coldplay singer Chris Martin) and mother (to Apple, 2, and Moses, 10 months) "definitely the hardest job."

"It's 24 hours a days, seven days a week and they want you present and real and connected and there – but it's been the best three years of my life."

It may be hard, but hopefully Gwyn will be able to strike the perfect balance of work and family life. We look forward to seeing what films are worth her time to leave those adorable babies behind.

While Britney's life seems to have finally calmed down a bit -- she is safely in rehab, her kids are under the care of Kevin and Brit's mom, all of whom have been to visit Britney and show their support -- reports of what was going on before her final breakdown are starting to surface. Rumor had it that the Saturday following Britney's late night hair cutting adventure was pretty insane, including a sloppy afternoon at the Mondrian hotel. Some of the hotel guests who interacted with Britney that day have come forward (ooooor were finally given the right price) with their story and photos (BTW, Say what you will about how Brit looks these days, but girlfriend knows how to pose right). Bright and early on February 17, a newly bald Spears arrived at L.A.'s chic Mondrian hotel, ready to catch some rays. But the star was denied a room due to lack of credit cards or cash.

By 11 a.m., an undeterred Spears, 25, had stripped down to a bra and panties poolside, then shaved her legs in the pool bathroom.

“It was sad,” says a source. “It looked like she really needed a friend.”

She got two – at least for a few hours. Around noon, Spears (then in a blonde wig) began chatting up a woman in the bathroom, who offered to loan the pop star a bathing suit.*

Spears followed her new friend to her hotel room where -- after changing into a borrowed bikini -- she raided the minibar.

“She grabbed four or five bottles and just started mixing everything and drinking them.”

Well, I guess I can't be too hard on these "new friends" for selling Brit out because it's not like they were actually friends...and those mini bar tabs can sure add up quick. Meanwhile, it's still constantly amazing to feel like I'm actually interested in Kevin's side of the story. I said it once, I'll say it again -- he's looking like a freaking knight these days.

Jakey did TRL yesterday and seemed to be blissfully unaware that Mark Ruffalo is talking some major trash! While we would usually take Jake's side in this because - well, we love him - Mark is cute too and he makes some strong points. Still, it's hard to believe Jake would have showed up to work without memorizing his lines! So at this point we'll try to stay neutral and hope that Jake takes the high road rather than firing back (or perhaps think he was referring to someone else). We'd hate to see tensions flare up on the Zodiac premiere red carpet!

Despite his most recent film, The Number 23, getting some of the worst reviews I've maybe ever read, it debuted at #2 at the box office last weekend. Perhaps the movie going public was confused and somehow thought it was a dark The Cable Guy-style comedy (perhaps with a cameo by some fun-loving Wilson/Stiller/Ferrell type?) only to be sorely disappointed when realized that it's not intentionally funny, like at all. Well, whether or not anyone actually enjoyed the film, Jim was happy as ever when leaving dinner with his girl Jenny this week. Perhaps all he needs to be content these days are his lady and his hair.

Last night John Travolta, Martin Lawrence, Tim Allen and William H. Macy came out to premiere their latest movie, Wild Hogs. The four men are from all different corners of the acting world but that's what producers are banking on by putting them all together in this film about a motorcycle road trip across the country in search of adventure. As for Tara Reid, no she's not in the movie, she's just working overtime to makes sure we all see her makeover in progress. She's getting better but still missing the mark a little.

This funny male-bonding flick definitely has got the girls interested. Kelly Preston has redeemed herself (almost) from her horrible cat-woman get-up at the Oscars.

Sure the Olsen Twinsies may be in Paris to shop (obvie) and see some Fashion Week shows, but it's not all spending money and mutely watching for the girls while overseas. The duo are scheduled to premiere their new upscale line, The Row, at their very first runway show! Fashion is fun! Some pieces from the line have already been sold at Barneys, but this show will serve to show the line off to other high-end retailers. Unfortunately for those of us curious about The Row before it hits the racks, as intended, the show will just be for buyers and no press/critics will be allowed in. Boo. I'll tell you one thing, though, if it doesn't eventually end up including leggings, and stilt-shoes I, for one, am going to be sorely (SORELY) disappointed in the girls.
