Mandy Moore hosted a NYE party in Miami at The Raleigh Hotel on Monday night. She was joined by a Carrie-less-Chace Crawford with his new BFF JC Chasez and Dax Shepard (with what looks like no Kristen Bell in site). Mandy has always been one of our favorite starlets for being wholesome, smart and sweet. Hopefully things will remain that way in 2008 but word is she was so sexed up on NYE and all the men took notice. Apparently Mandy turned up the heat in her hot little pink dress so much so that Brody Jenner and BFF Frankie Delgado were staring at the starlet all night and even followed her out at the wee hours of the event. Lindsay and Hayden partying it up in Capri reminds us of those horrifying pictures of a young Hayden pole dancing with Paris Hilton. While Hayden looked like she was going to remain wholesome and Lindsay appeared to be staying sober, those days may be long gone. Not only has Hayden's relationship with the much older Milo become public, LL looks to be back on the partying scene big time. After Lindsay's documented night of kissing three men, even more pictures surfaced where she is literally on top of the guy on a couch and then half naked the following day on her hotel balcony. Not a good sign. We're so hoping she didn't fall off the wagon already but things aren't looking so great for Lindsay based on this Capri trip. Ugh. Not a good way to start the New Year.

Paris Hilton took the sequins party dress to a whole new level with a multi-colored homage to herself while hosting the NYE event at LAX in Vegas last night. Next to her Nicky looks downright demure. For the third night in a row, Paris was joined by Kevin Federline when he was done hosting his party down the strip at Tangerine. Also in the house was other famous baby daddy and part of the most shocking story of the year, Larry Birkhead. Meanwhile, Pam Anderson looks a little worse for the wear, but at least is in a better dress than her other yikes-worthy New Year's look. Looks like the Hilton girls have another successful party hosting gig in the books. Happy 2008!

Gwen, Gavin and adorable little Kingston greeted the New Year across the Atlantic in London. The couple spent a romantic Monday afternoon walking around perfectly in step and enjoying lunch at a local pub, while Kingston rolled around with a babysitter. Even all bundled up, your most stylish celebrity baby boy of 2007 was living up to his fashionable reputation. Hot stuff in that hat.
