Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman went to an Australia screening in NYC yesterday after Hugh stopped by the CNN Heroes event the night before. Nicole's been making the rounds with the Sexiest Man Alive as they promote their new movie, but she still loves talking about her new life in Tennessee and baby Sunday. Nicole said:

• On Sunday being born in the South: "I'm glad that she is able to say she's born and bred in Nashville and Tennessee. That is really lovely. I think it's very appropriate, considering her daddy. [...] For him to be able to say his baby girl was born here, I think is very special. I hope she has a Southern accent."
• On Tennessee: "We never get bothered, and the people are incredibly friendly and easygoing. It really has been a perfect match for me. I don't want to go on too much about it to the rest of the world because then more people will come here. It's a secret. Keith keeps saying, 'Shush, shush, keep this a secret,' because it's so beautiful."

Nicole said her other children are "city kids," but it seems like she's fitting in perfectly to life in the South with Keith and her little Keith-ette.

After showing off her sparkly little dress at the American Music Awards last night, Paris Hilton made a quick costume change and headed to the Pussy Cat Dolls' afterparty. The heiress really got into the PCD spirit in her skin-tight LBD, studded hat, and freaky spats — seems like she's all about showing skin now that she's single again. She only had girlfriends in her entourage this time, but we'll see how long Paris and her collection of tiny dresses will last without attracting some new male attention.

Leo and Zac weren't the only hot guys who were spotted courtside at a Lakers game this weekend — there was a brand new bunch of boys in the house last night. David Beckham resurfaced after his long flight back to LA but left his boys at home this time. On the other hand, Will Ferrell had some bonding time with Magnus while Shia LaBeouf seemed to find himself a pint-size playmate as well. John Krasinski and Jason Bateman had each other as dates, but it looks like they were perfectly happy to share laughs together as the home team earned another win.

Britney Spears did her best to make her way through LAX today with her dad Jamie by her side. She's scheduled to make stops around Europe later this week, but while she's performing overseas we'll be getting ready to watch For the Record this Sunday, and even before that, you can listen to the full album on imeem now! Britney's manager Larry Rudolph opened up about why she decided to make the documentary, saying that the pop star wanted to tell the story herself and that she's finding more happiness every day, despite still being in a sad place. He said:

"She's already in a much better place than she was not that long ago and she knows that she's going to be in a better place a month from now, six months from now, a year from now, etc. That's what keeps her going. She's doing what she loves right now. Every day she's found more happiness in her life . . . We get along very well. I understand her better than everyone other than her immediate family. The bottom line is I think she's amazing. I love her. She's been a big part of my life, and I've been a big part of her life. Being a part of this new phase in her career is something I was very open to."

As Britney continues to keep her career on track, apparently she's also been arguing with her dad for more control over her personal life, but for now it's just full steam ahead and time to get back on stage.
