Jennifer Aniston kept her script and glasses handy on the set of Wanderlust in NYC this afternoon. She shot an indoor scene with Paul Rudd earlier in the day, which was followed by at least two wardrobe changes for Jennifer before regrouping with Paul and their costar Malin Akerman. At last night's GQ Men of the Year event in LA, James Franco talked to us about his vote for Babe of the Year, but he also took the chance to compliment "beautiful" Jennifer. For now, she's keeping occupied with work and surprise cameo appearances on Broadway as well as supporting her best friend Courteney Cox from afar.

Blake Lively got into the holiday spirit as she revealed the annual Swarovski Star this morning in NYC's Rockefeller Plaza. The Vogue best-dressed issue covergirl wore a festive sparkly coat to match the famous tree topper, and her hair was in an updated ponytail like Ken Paves suggests. The actress has a lot to be thankful for this season after a successful 2010. Her movie The Town hit the big screen, and she also landed another major role opposite the newly crowned Sexiest Man Alive Ryan Reynolds in Green Lantern. Blake has had her share of hot leading men, and while she recently split from her Gossip Girl castmate Penn Badgley, the two have managed to stay friends.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony announced the launch of their Kohl's lifestyle line Thursday in LA.

Jay-Z signed copies of his memoir, Decoded, yesterday at a Barnes & Noble in NYC. He was also able to visit The Daily Show to talk about rap and writing, telling Jon Stewart that the book is a defense of hip-hop as an art form — check out Jay-Z's interview with Jon below. Jay has been busy making the late-night rounds to chat up the publication, and he even opened up for a discussion with NPR's Terry Gross. He's enjoying the popularity of his new release with his equally successful wife, Beyoncé Knowles. They jetted to London earlier this month as part of his promotional tour but shared a celebratory dinner more recently in the Big Apple.
