Robert Pattinson and Ashley Greene posed together at the Paris premiere of Breaking Dawn today. The costars were casual when they touched down in France yesterday, though they dressed up for this afternoon's appearance. Ashley wore a navy Givenchy dress while Rob, who trimmed his facial hair for the event, suited up in Dolce & Gabbana. The red-carpet stop is just the beginning of promotions for the next installment in the Twilight franchise, and Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are expected to join in on press soon. Rob, Kristen, and Taylor will have a hand and footprint ceremony at Grauman's Chinese Theater next month, ahead of the movie's release on Nov. 18.

Jessica Simpson hopped out of a car in LA Friday afternoon in a tight black outfit. Her fitted dress and open sweater showed off what appeared to be a noticeable baby bump after weeks of speculation that Jessica Simpson is pregnant. Recent photos of the star have done little to quiet the rumors, but Jessica hasn't addressed the issue yet. She's been focused on work, including her upcoming teen clothing line with Ashlee Simpson and new fine jewelry company, and spending time with family. Jessica went home to Texas earlier this month and was spotted out with her mom and sister in Santa Monica over the weekend.

Ryan Reynolds hopped on a bike while filming R.I.P.D. in Boston yesterday. He was decked out in police gear for the day on set, which included costar Kevin Bacon and a few young actors. It's Ryan's 35th birthday today, and he fit in a few celebrations before having to focus on work this weekend. Ryan and his new flame Blake Lively partied with pal Sandra Bullock and other friends in NYC on Thursday. They started their night with dinner at Palma and then headed to The Box, where they apparently stayed until 2 a.m. Ryan continued his birthday fun with Blake in Boston, and the two were spotted leaving his apartment early Saturday morning.

Ashley Tisdale showed skin in a bikini as she lounged by the pool in Miami on Friday. She made the trip to Florida to visit boyfriend Scott Speer, who's in town filming Step Up 4. Ashley's toned physique wasn't the only thing on display during the sunny day, since she also showed off her shorter hairstyle after taking out her extensions last week. Ashley's also been hitting the gym with pals Hilary and Haylie Duff, as she gears up for her new project, Under Construction. Ashley will star in and coproduce the comedy, which was picked up by ABC earlier this month.

Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon introduced their 6-month-old twins on an episode of 20/20 last night. The family of four welcomed Barbara Walters into their NYC home for an exclusive interview that also included a look inside the twins' nursery and a peek at some of their intimate family photos over the past six months. We got our first look at pictures of Moroccan and Monroe earlier this week, though these latest shots show their sweet faces.

The Carey-Cannons dressed up in The Incredibles costumes for one Halloween themed shot while another showed the twins cuddled close in yellow ducky robes. Mariah showed that she's already loving dressing up her little ones — check out the gallery for a picture of Moroccan on the mic in his crib and Monroe in a diamond headband and pearls. Mariah and Nick welcomed their son and daughter in April and while the proud parents are focusing on family, they've also made time for their careers. The Twilight costars traveled to France for a fan event as they kicked off promotions for Breaking Dawn Part I. There's less than a month to go until the latest installment is released, and the cast has a packed schedule in the coming weeks, including a Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony and the movie's LA premiere on Nov 11. We just saw new Breaking Dawn images of Rob and his leading lady Kristen Stewart, though she's currently focused on a different character than Bella. Kristen is in England filming Snow White and the Huntsman and is apparently back to work after suffering an injury on set last week.
