Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy were dressed to impress tonight celebrating with her pal and fashion designer Stella McCartney at the British Fashion Awards in London. Stella accepted one of the night's highest honors and was awarded the title of red-carpet queen. Kate partially contributed to Stella's new accolade as she was among the A-list celebrities who stepped out in her signature gowns. Stella outfitted Kate, and her baby bump, at this year's Met Gala, and Kate was on hand recently for Stella's star-studded 40th birthday bash.

Kate Middleton and Prince William made the rounds at a private reception hosted by Queen Elizabeth II in London today. The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Charles, and members of the media also attended the event, which announced plans for the celebration of The Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 2012. Kate made her latest fashion statement in a green silk Mulberry number, despite having been beaten by Alexa Chung for the British Style Award at this evening's British Fashion Awards. Kate's wedding gown designer, Sarah Burton, did get recognized, though, with the Designer of the Year honor.

Prince William made an appearance after a particularly difficult weekend at work. William rescued shipwrecked sailors in the Irish Sea yesterday. He was the copilot of a helicopter that responded to the call, and William and his four-person team were able to save two lives. Meanwhile, William's brother, Harry, is focusing on his own military career. Prince Harry is back in the UK after spending two months in the US for helicopter training, including a stint in LA over the weekend.

Jessica Simpson bundled herself up in a fuzzy coat and boots for a visit to Barneys in NYC today with Eric Johnson. The luxury retailer has temporarily transformed its Manhattan outpost into Lady Gaga's Workshop for the holiday season. A collection of items, curated by Gaga herself, fill the shelves of the store's entire fifth floor like coffee table books, outrageous ornaments, pearl-encrusted teacups, and even one-of-a-kind stiletto-inspired Christmas stockings — take a peek inside "Gaga's Workshop!"

Jessica spent her Thanksgiving holiday in Boston with Eric's family, and now the pair have traveled to the Big Apple to get a jump on their holiday shopping. The couple have lots to be thankful for with the news that Jessica is expecting their first child in 2012. The new year looks like it will be full of activity for Jessica. In addition to giving birth, she's also launching her new reality show, Fashion Star, though it seems rumors of a $4 million contract with Weight Watchers were false.

Inside the celebration, she met up with fellow designers Marc Jacobs, Stella McCartney, and milliner Philip Treacy. Kate Moss was also on hand, though without the company of her husband, Jamie Hince.

A surprised Victoria took home the award for best designer brand and was gifted her first BFA statue by friend Marc Jacobs. The coveted honor of designer of the year went to Alexander McQueen's Sarah Burton, who famously created Kate Middleton's wedding dress, while Stella McCartney was declared this year's red-carpet queen.

George Clooney and Stacy Keibler wrapped up their holiday getaway and caught a flight out of Mexico yesterday. Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber, and their kids were also at the airport with the couple. The group celebrated Thanksgiving in Cabo with a few other famous friends including Molly Sims and her husband Scott Stuber, as well as Alex Rodriguez. George met up with A Rod during their stay and Stacy was also spotted jet skiing in a bikini. She wasn't the only star to flaunt her beach-ready body, since Cindy wore a two-piece in the sand and Molly soaked up the sun in a suit too.
