Kate Middleton opted for a burgundy coat and fascinator for her first Christmas as part of the royal family today. Duchess Catherine greeted some young fans and stood close by her husband Prince William as they arrived at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Norfolk, England. Kate and William were also joined by his brother Prince Harry, their father Prince Charles, and his wife Camilla. Unfortunately this holiday season may be a difficult one for the royal family, since Prince Philip is in the hospital. Harry and William reportedly visited Philip on Friday, and apparently he is set to be back at home soon.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have already had quite a festive Christmas, attending the annual preholiday royal family meal. Prince William also showed off his dance moves when he and Kate visited his mother Diana's favorite charity last week. Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale made it a fully festive weekend for their sons Kingston and Zuma in LA. On Friday, Gwen took the boys for a holiday train ride at Griffith Park, and on Saturday, the whole family was together to pay a visit to the zoo. Kingston and Zuma checked out the animals while Gwen and Gavin snapped a romantic photo of themselves on his phone. It's not much of a Winter wonderland in Sunny LA, but the Stefani-Rossdales are still great at getting in the spirit in their red and green outfits.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck brought their girls Seraphina and Violet out for a little last-minute Christmas shopping in LA on Saturday. Violet took care of one gift in particular as they hopped back into their car. The Garner-Affleck family has been staying close to home in California this holiday season as they await the arrival of their newest member. Jennifer and Ben's baby number three is due in early 2012, and they've yet to reveal if it's another girl or a boy this time around. David Beckham ran out to a store in London on Christmas Eve yesterday, perhaps taking care of some final holiday shopping before the big day. The Beckhams are in England to spend Christmas with family, and depending on David's soccer plans next year, they may soon be relocating from LA back overseas. Apparently David's deal with Paris Saint-Germain is basically set, which means a possible move for the whole family. David has been taking advantage of his time in the UK, joining Prince William and Kate Middleton at the Sun Military awards, and Becks even went clubbing with Prince Harry last week.

Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth stopped by a Whole Foods in Brentwood, CA, on Christmas Eve. Reese and Jim are spending their first Christmas together as husband and wife. In fact, it was just one year ago this week that the twosome announced their engagement. Reese and Jim tied the knot in April, and the wedding was just one of their sweetest moments of the past 12 months — check out the cutest Witherspoon-Toth family pictures from 2011.
