Leonardo DiCaprio and rumored flame Blake Lively took a break from lounging so he could stop by to say a few words while Robert De Niro, Naomi Campbell, and Uma Thurman sat in the audience. Ryan's arrival in France is later than most of the star-studded crowd as his upcoming flick Drive, costarring Carey Mulligan, is closing out the film festival. Carey debuted newly dyed brown hair this week in preparation for her next role starring opposite Leonardo in The Great Gatsby. The cast of the Baz Luhrmann remake of the classic is close to complete with Joel Edgerton now playing Tom Buchanan after Ben Affleck reportedly passed on the role last month. Carey's not the only link between Leo and Ryan, as Ryan was also momentarily romantically tied to Blake last Fall.

Penelope Cruz wore a long black gown for this evening's Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides premiere in Madrid after sporting a more playful jumpsuit for the morning's photocall. Penelope was joined by her young cast mates Sam Claflin and Astrid Bergès-Frisbey for the red-carpet affair, though Johnny Depp wasn't on hand for the Spanish debut of the film. Steve Carell and Keira Knightley teamed up on the set of Seeking a Friend for the End of the World today in LA. The dark comedy, which also costars Adam Brody and is being directed by his girlfriend, Lorene Scafaria, just started filming this week. Keira headed back to the states to get to work on the new project after playing bridesmaid in her brother Caleb's wedding late last month in Glasgow. She parted ways with her longtime real-life love, Rupert Friend, late last year but has a new leading man on screen in Steve. The movie features their characters as a star-crossed couple who find each other on the verge of the apocalypse. Steve recently exited The Office and also has Crazy Stupid Love coming out this Summer. Seeking a Friend for the End of the World also marks Keira's return to film following a stint on stage in London in The Children's Hour, a play that costarred Elisabeth Moss. The Coco Mademoiselle spokesmodel focused on that production and her role as the face of Chanel's perfumes for much of the year before signing on to star opposite funnyman Steve.
