George Clooney surprised Beverly Hills locals and visiting tourists earlier today when he was spotted shooting a Mercedes-Benz commercial not too far off Rodeo Drive. Clooney's back in LA following his Summer abroad where he relaxed with friends at his Lake Como estate and debuted The Ides of March in Venice and Toronto film festivals. George's busy schedule hasn't kept him from getting more serious with his lady. George stepped out with new girlfriend Stacy Keibler at TIFF and even introduced her to his close friend Bono. Meanwhile, back in LA his ex, Elisabetta Canalis, is prepping for her own major debut of sorts when she takes the stage on next week's premiere of Dancing With the Stars. Stacy's also linked to DWTS and took home a third place finish in 2006.

Natalie Portman and her fiancé, Benjamin Millepied, took baby Aleph out in Geneva on Wednesday. Benjamin held onto Aleph in a carrier and shared PDA with Natalie while they walked near the water. The family of three later sat down for dinner and the 3-month-old showed his sweet face at the table. Natalie, Benjamin, and Aleph recently traveled to Switzerland, where Benjamin is doing choreography for the National Geneva Theater after popping up in Paris last week. They checked out museums, went shopping, and met up with friends during their stay in Benjamin's home country.

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux grabbed lunch in NYC's West Village this afternoon. They shared a meal and then headed back to their waiting car while holding hands. Jennifer and Justin were out in Manhattan last night as well to attend the launch of Jen's friend Geoffrey Roiz's Hoyle Jackson collection at Bloomingdale's. The duo are on the East Coast after spending the last few weeks in LA, apparently, tending to Jennifer's ailing mother. Jennifer and Justin should have a little extra time on their hands, since the release date for Wanderlust was pushed back to 2012. Justin, though, already started promoting the project with a hot, bearded spread in GQ.

Jason Trawick led Britney Spears into the Sanctum Soho Hotel for her UK tour launch party in London today. The couple arrived overseas earlier this week, and Britney's been busy doing press ever since. She stopped by the Kiss FM studios and sat down for an interview on Daybreak to talk about her many projects, though it was the jewelry on her left hand that grabbed all the attention. Britney Spears wore a diamond that some thought was an engagement ring, but her reps have since denied the rumors. Without a wedding to plan, Britney still has a full plate, and she'll kick off the next leg of her Femme Fatale tour in Russia later this month before performing in England in October.

Drew Barrymore was on hand for last night's Pirates & Princesses book party at Brooks Brothers in Beverly Hills. She has a special connection to the author of the kids' title, Jill Kargman, who happens to be her boyfriend's sister! Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman were first spotting sharing PDA back in February, and last night at the celebration, Drew looked like part of the family as she cozied up to his young niece for pictures. The evening out came ahead of what promises to be a big weekend for the actress. It was just announced that Drew will be a presenter at the Emmys this Sunday, along with Gwyneth Paltrow, Jimmy Fallon, Katie Holmes, and a host of other Hollywood stars.
