News of the offer came through after Britney confirmed that she was leaving The X Factor and had broken up with fiancé Jason Trawick. Despite the big life changes and Vegas rumors, Britney has been carrying on with her everyday routine and was recently spotted grabbing smoothies in a "LOVE" sweatshirt.

Miranda Kerr made a sleek and chic arrival in LA yesterday when she flew into LAX from New York City. Miranda was in NYC to take photos for her new campaign for Mango. Miranda tweeted earlier this week, "Just wrapped a great shoot with Mango today in NYC." While in the Big Apple, Miranda went into a local Barnes & Noble to check out her new book, Treasure Yourself: Power Thoughts For My Generation, which is full of mantras and positive meditations for young people. Miranda's positive thinking may have had something to do with her confident arrival at last Sunday's Golden Globes. She walked the red carpet with husband Orlando Bloom while wearing a red gown with a thigh-high slit. Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez went out on a shopping date in LA yesterday. Halle wore a knitted cape, Chloé boots, and held onto a Monika Chiang purse as she walked arm in arm with Olivier. While Halle and Olivier strolled together through Santa Monica, the actress went solo when she strutted down the red carpet at the Golden Globes last Sunday. With the award show behind her, Halle still has a lot of work ahead of her this month. Her new ad for Revlon with Emma Stone and Olivia Wilde debuted on Friday, and her latest film, Movie 43, hits theaters on Jan. 25.

Jessica Biel was casually chic at the premiere of her new movie, Emanuel and the Truth About Fishes, at the Sundance Film Festival on Friday night. Jessica was joined by her costars Kaya Scodelario and Alfred Molina on the red carpet, as well as Rooney Mara, who is a producer on the project. The film follows Kaya's character, Emanuel, who becomes obsessed with a neighbor who bears a striking resemblance to her dead mother. Jessica was without husband Justin Timberlake, who has been making his own headlines this past week. Justin released a new song — his first in six years — called "Suit and Tie" and announced that he would be releasing a new album, The 20/20 Experience, later this year.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt brought his first directorial feature film, Don Jon's Addiction, to Sundance on Friday evening. JGL also stars in the movie and he was joined by one of his leading ladies, Julianne Moore, at the premiere. Scarlett Johansson also has a part in Don Jon's Addiction, but she did not make it out to Park City, UT, for the event. JGL plays a man addicted to pornography and, after the screening, he spoke to the crowd, saying that he chose the topic because he "wanted to tell a love story, and in my observations, what always gets in the way of love are people objectifying each other." JGL is no stranger to Sundance, and along with his film, he is also hosting his annual "Record Room," where people can come watch performances and engage in the music-making process.

It's the first big weekend of Sundance, which officially kicked off in chilly Park City, UT, on Thursday. Naomi also acts alongside Robin Wright in the movie, which is already causing controversy. Two Mothers is about a pair of women, played by Naomi and Robin, who have affairs with each other's teenage sons. The independent film festival is a change of pace for Naomi, who has been wrapped up in the glamour and excitement of award season recently.
