Tossing a few shrimp on the barbecue is a quick way to serve up something flavorful during the Summer and with a no-fail barbecue sauce for dipping, you'll have guests that can't get enough of the good stuff. Serve with lots of limes and refreshing beverages and the party's started.
Soy-Sriracha Barbecued Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
1 pound shrimp, shelled and cleaned
1 lime, sliced
Directions
- Mix together the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and Sriracha, then divide in half.
- Skewer the shrimp and glaze with half the barbecue sauce.
- Grill over hot coals or a medium-high grill until shrimp are cooked through.
- Serve with remaining sauce for extra dipping.
