Choked up and holding back tears, the 63-year-old Keaton spoke about his childhood as one of seven children and his family-based support system, summing it up with this heartfelt line, "My best friend is kind, intelligent, funny, talented, considerate, thoughtful – did I say kind? He also happens to be my son, Sean."
