Lindsay Sentenced to Another Year of Probation
Lindsay Lohan made her way into a LA courthouse earlier today with her lawyers close behind. The actress was there to check in with the judge about her probation terms after apparently missing a few of her alcohol education classes. Lindsay was handed another year of probation and will be forced to notify the court whenever she leaves LA for work.

Britney's Peeping Tom Found Guilty, Sentenced to Probation
Britney Spears started up her tour again last night in Ontario, with Jordin Sparks performing as the opening act. Meanwhile, back in LA, the woman who was previously arrested for peering into Brit's Calabasas home in April was found guilty of "misdemeanor peeking" yesterday. She was sentenced to three years probation plus community service, and has to stay away from Britney and her family in a continued restraining order.

Paris Takes the Stand in Her LBD
Paris Hilton arrived for her second day in Miami court this morning with a smile on her face. She's scheduled to testify in her defense against the $8 million lawsuit for not adequately promoting Pledge This! The judge has apparently been making light of the case and pushing the lawyers towards a settlement, and we'll see if Paris's testimony will affect the outcome.
Chris Brown Avoids Jail Time, Strikes Plea Bargain
Chris Brown arrived at court in LA earlier today to face a judge in his assault trial. He pled guilty in exchange for a plea bargain that will see Chris serve 180 days of community service, five years probation, and complete a domestic violence counseling program. If he meets those terms, no jail time will be required.
Is It Wrong to Assume Lindsay Stole Jewelry From Her Shoot?
Lindsay Lohan is currently under investigation by Scotland Yard because $400,000 worth of Dior jewelry was reported missing two days after her Elle photo shoot in London. The actress's rep said she's "happy to cooperate" with police, and Elle UK has released a statement saying they have no reason to believe Lindsay is responsible. She's been accused of stealing more than once before, but is it wrong to assume that she's the culprit in this case?
Madonna Wins Adoption Appeal For Mercy
Madonna's adoption appeal for Mercy James was approved early this morning by Malawi's Supreme Court. The judge ruled that her initial denial by the lower court was based on an old law, and that although she hasn't lived in the country for 18 months the court should have taken her philanthropic efforts in the community into account.
Madonna's lawyer said she was "ecstatic" when she heard the news that the adoption was finalized.
