Broken Lawn Mower
This cocktail is a terrific way to say "thanks" to your man after a long hard day of yard work. It's also a good recipe to keep in mind for Father's Day.

Sobieski Vodka
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Sobieski Polish Vodka
3 oz chilled beef bouillon
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes Tabasco sauce, or to taste
1 dash habanero sauce, optional
1 oz fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp chipotle powder
Juice of 1/2 lime
Spicy salt *(equal parts coarse salt, black pepper, chipotle or regular chile powder and lime zest)
Directions
Moisten the rim of a highball glass with lime. Roll the outer rim or lip of the glass in a saucer filled with the spicy salt mixture. Next thoroughly shake all of the cocktail ingredients, then strain over ice into the pre-rimmed highball glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge and a pickled hot pepper.
