Homemade granola, cereals the healthy way

Have you ever looked at how much sugar, fats and salt you could find in breakfast cereals and swore that you would never eat any of them again? Don’t let those highly processed products keep you away from the benefits of cereals and do your homemade, healthy and yummy granola. I have two versions for your today: a chocolate and coconut granola version and a second one, which contains more lipids and calories but is still a good deal, with almonds and honey.

Ingredients

  1. For 300 g / 0,66 lb / 10 oz almonds and honey granola :
  1. 5 oz organic 5 grains cereal mix (or oat meal)
    3,5 oz crushed almonds
    3,5 oz honey
    1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  1. For 400 g / 0,88 lb / 14 oz chocolate and coconut granola :
  1. 5 oz organic 5 grains cereal mix (or oat meal)
    1,7 oz coconut powder
    2,4 oz buckwheat flakes
    0,7 oz rice flakes
    0,5 oz defatted cocoa powder
    2,1 oz agave syrup
    1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
