LiLa's Version of Banana Split Brownie Pizza
LiLa's Version of Banana Split Brownie Pizza
I saw the original version of this on Paula Deen, but I tweaked the recipe to make it my own. It's very indulgent, so make sure you cut these slices thin!

Ingredients
- 1 box of brownie mix (whatever your favorite variety is)
Oil, eggs and water called for on brownie box
1 8-oz. brick of cream cheese, softened
1 8-oz. can of CRUSHED pineapple, drained and juices reserved
16 oz. container strawberries, washed and sliced (if not in season, thawed frozen strawberries work well too!)
2-3 bananas, sliced and spritzed with lemon juice
Whipped cream or thawed Cool Whip (optional, but recommended!)
Chocolate and/or caramel syrup for drizzling (optional)
Nuts (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare brownie mix as directed, and spread into a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove to wire racks.
After brownie has cooled (give it an hour or so), mix the cream cheese and pineapple. If it's a little too thick, add a little bit of the pineapple juice. Spread it on top of the brownie. This becomes your pizza sauce.
Sprinkle the top of the pizza with strawberries and bananas. I usually drop them in random spots on the pizza, but if you're going for presentation, alternate rings of each fruit around the brownie so it looks like a bulls eye (however, you may need more fruit than listed in these ingredients!)
Cut into slices, and serve! Top each slice individually with a dollop or two (or three, or four!) of whipped cream, drizzle syrup on top, and add nuts!
