3 cups all-purpose baking mix, such as Bisquick
1 lb. ground hot pork sausage
1 (8-oz.) block Muenster cheese, shredded
1 7-oz. jar pimiento-stuffed Spanish olives

  1. Combine the all-purpose baking mix, sausage, and cheese in a large bowl until blended.
  2. Shape sausage mixture into 1 1/4-inch balls, and place on lightly greased baking sheets.
  3. Press 1 pimiento-stuffed Spanish olive deeply into center of each ball.
  4. Bake at 400° for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes about 4 1/2 dozen.
