After: Small Lovely Modern Bathroom

We used a small cabinet from Ikea since we were so limited on space. We had planned to put shallow storage cabinets in the wall behind the door but with the beams in the house didn't lend us to easy installation, so we went with matching cabinets above the toliet for extra storage.

Subway Tiles and Niches for Everything

I have always the loved the classic look of the subway tiles and rather than clutter up the edge of the bathtub, we installed niches for all of our shower essentials.

Simple Hex Floor with a Light Gray Grout

We used a subway tile in the shower and simple hex floor tile. Rather than use white grout which is hard to keep clean, we went with a contrasting gray grout.

No Shower Curtain

Since the bathroom is so small we didn't want to install any glass doors, so we opted to use simple shower liner and then a panel to hide the shower curtain when it isn't in use.

Double Towel Rack

We made use of a double towel rack that was relatively flush and sturdy from Restoration Hardware.
