Sisters Betsy Núñez and Emily Núñez Cavness, who come from a military family, always wanted to give back to veterans like their father. Obsessed with everything fashion, the dynamic duo came together to launch Sword & Plough, a socially-minded fashion brand that repurposes thousands of pounds of military surplus into stylish, durable bags and accessories. Inspired by their father and Emily's own work as an active duty army officer, Sword & Plough not only repurposes military material, but hires veterans as manufacturers and donates 10 percent of its profits to organizations that benefit veterans.
