A 170-calorie serving (two scoops) of Orgain Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder offers 16 grams of carbs and 21 grams of plant-based protein with no cholesterol. It also has five grams of fat, five grams of erythritol (sugar alcohol), and 290 milligrams of sodium.

Here are the ingredients: Orgain Organic Protein Blend™ (Organic Pea Protein, Organic Brown Rice Protein, Organic Chia Seed), Orgain Organic Creamer Base™ (Organic Acacia Gum, Organic High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Organic Inulin, Organic Rice Dextrins, Organic Rice Bran Extract, Organic Rosemary Extract), Organic Erythritol, Organic Natural Flavors, Natural Flavor, Sea Salt, Organic Acacia Gum, Organic Guar Gum, Organic Stevia, and Xanthan Gum.

I have a pretty sensitive stomach, especially to sugar, but this is easy for me to digest, as it's sweetened with stevia.

The first thing I made using Orgain Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder was a simple green smoothie, so I could really get a sense of the flavor. I used half a banana to sweeten it, but the protein powder was sweet enough. As I expected, it had a warm, perfectly spiced fall flavor with an oh-so-creamy texture that I love.
