This Mother-Daughter Beauty Power Duo Just Nailed the Perfect Holiday Shopping List

When it comes to mother-daughter goals, we would like to be adopted into Anastasia and Claudia Soare's family. Anastasia turned her eyebrow-shaping business into the viral, celebrity-beloved company Anastasia Beverly Hills. It's now a full cosmetics line, known for its brow products, amazing contouring palettes, and matte liquid lipsticks. Her daughter Claudia was basically born into beauty royalty, and she now helps her mom run the line.
Though the duo are extremely busy with Hollywood clients like Kim Kardashian, creating viral Instagrams, and launching gorgeous products, they shared their approach to holiday shopping with us.
"I love planning exactly what to gift to my friends and loved ones," Anastasia told us via email. "I really like to take into account the specific likes and personalities of people when I shop for them, so I can make my present truly special. I often let my fingers do the walking first online and on Instagram, and then I visit stores to make sure that I really love the items in person. The quality and meaningful nature of a gift is always so important, regardless of its price tag!"
Claudia said, "I'm so not the type of person who plans presents in advance — if I did, I'd ruin the surprise, because I'd want to give everyone my gifts as soon as I bought them! But I'm really good [at] shopping under pressure; I know what people like, and I'm really good at guessing size, fit, and preference. There's something especially fun to me about walking into a store, and honing in on the perfect thing that I didn't even realize I was looking for."
