Anastasia Beverly Hills Powder Bronzers Spring 2018

Anastasia Beverly Hills Will Release Powder Bronzers in 2018

We have good news for anyone who's been hacking a "bronze" using the sun-kissed shades in their Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit. The brand's president, Norvina Claudia Soare, has announced on Snapchat that her team will release powder bronzers in March 2018.

On Twitter, Soare confirmed that the line will include six new shades and wrote that she was "excited" about nailing each color's undertone. "I always struggle with bronzer shades being too red, or too cool toned that they look muddy on," Soare wrote. She also divulged some deets about hue names. "My shade is Rich Amber which is a neutral honey."

While so far the few images Soare has given us disclose only product packaging (we haven't gotten an actual peek at the powders themselves), she did show off her face with the powder bronzer. You can see in the photo below that Soare's rocking a fabulously warm, "I just got back from vacation" glow.

We're positively swooning over the look, but this is just a sample of one shade in action. Twitter users wondered if the color range will be inclusive.

Soare answered, "The range goes from fair to deep, and I'm considering this to be the launch of a category, having the opportunity to launch more shades to suit the widest variety of undertones, which is the trickiest part with bronzer (I think)."

Since contour (ABH's specialty) and bronze are one of makeup's most iconic duos, we are 100 percent here for this new line. Bronzers for Spring may not exactly be groundbreaking, but the notion is totally welcome — because who doesn't want to enter Summer with a little faux flush? Be sure to watch this space for more details once we get closer to a launch date.
