Typically the beauty preparations are hidden behind the scenes — the powdering of noses right before the red carpet, the spritzing of hair spray in the hotel room, or the touching up of lip gloss before the camera pans by. But at the 2015 Emmy Awards, the hair and makeup took center stage. From Allison Janney's blotting sponge to Jaimie Alexander's fan, all the supporting beauty items got their chance in the spotlight (probably because the LA temperatures hit above 90 degrees).
