After a Summer weekend getaway, the first thing I do when I get home is take a shower and scrub my body. Whether you're walking around a balmy city, a humid suburban street, or a windy beach, daily grime can stick to your exposed skin — and I like to get that off ASAP. Lately, I've been loving Tata Harper Smoothing Body Scrub ($68). The blend of five biodegradable exfoliants — pink Himalayan sea salt, Hawaiian sea salt, cranberry fibers, apricot seed powder, and organic sugar — not only smells delicious but also thoroughly exfoliates dead skin. This Spring, I became addicted to gel manicures. For two months straight, I wore awesome nail art designs that stood up to constant traveling and even my weekly shampoo schedule. I tend to stay away from anything that sparkles or has glitter — guess I would be the most boring contestant on Dancing With the Stars — but Paul & Joe's Lip Gloss M ($26) had me singing a different tune. The glosses are made with several oils and emollients, which are perfect for dry lips. And the shimmery color [shown in Strawberry Kiwi and Midnight Sangria] makes me feel pretty, not prissy. — KJ

My hair is stick straight and pretty much eschews any form of texture, be it from a product, hot tool, or haircut — or so I thought. Then I tried this salt spray ($24). While similar products left my hair crunchy and flat, Surf Bomb makes it touchable with that cool-girl-at-the-beach look. — EO
Onomie Bright Concealing Elixir
Makeup? Ain't nobody got time for that. But recently I vowed to change my my no-makeup ways after one too many impromptu Instagram moments put my dark circles on display. Now, I dab on the Onomie Bright Concealing Elixir ($26) before running out the door.
The formula is lightweight, yet opaque. Instead of going a shade lighter than my skin tone, I found something that matches my complexion perfectly (there are 10 shades total). That way I don't have to add any other foundation. This concealer has staying power, too. It lasted through a Zumba class and even my shower. Spritzers are a girl's best friend during the Summer. No, I'm not talking about wine (although I'll take a few of those, too). Spritzing tonics are go-to makeup refreshers during hot weather, and my new favorite is Pixi by Petra's new Makeup Fixing Mist ($15). I constantly compulsively run my fingers over my eyebrows for any signs of stubble, and once I find a stray bristle, it has to go. These adorable tweezers ($10) are so tiny (smaller than your pinkie finger!) that I can stash them in my wallet for plucking on the go. Algenist Genius Ultimate Anti-Aging Bi-Phase Peel
Skin care treatments rarely provide instant gratification. Usually it's 28 days before you can see a real change, but the Algenist Genius Ultimate Anti-Aging Bi-Phase Peel ($85) is different. After five minutes, I was glowing. This peel is a mix of exfoliating acids and microalgae oil. While I felt a slight tingling sensation, it didn't burn, making it perfect for peel novices. — JC
NCLA Treatments So Rich Vitamin-E Infused Nail Oil
Sometimes even making it to the nail salon is too much effort on a lazy Summer afternoon, so I'm relying on cuticle oil and trusty file for maintenance. Not only is this NCLA one a pretty rose-gold color (so I don't mind leaving it out), but it smells like apricots and feels soothing on my cuticles, thanks to vitamin E. — LL

If there is one hair product I hoard, it's deep treatments. This Philip Kingsley pre-poo conditioner is one of my favorites. The treatment helps moisturize my kinky strands, so that my curls don't get dried out by the shampoo. It also makes detangling my thick hair easier. I no longer have to worry about strands popping off. So when I heard about the new Geranium and Neroli Elasticizer ($52), I snatched it up quick. The light floral fragrance is almost too good to rinse out. — JC
Elizabeth Arden Flawless Future Powered by Ceramide Night Cream
Elizabeth Arden Flawless Future Night Cream ($55) works to fight lines and dehydrated skin, but also includes an extract that helps calm your nerves and relieves stress. Plus, the fragrance is divine (without being overpowering). It was created with millennials in mind, so after a day full of surfing the Internet and throwing back a few cocktails, this relaxing cream gets to work. The key ingredients include ceramides, which are known as a go-to for looking youthful, and botanical hops extract that helps to brighten skin. — KJ
