Bitter Lace Beauty, the brand behind the OG rainbow highlighter that briefly united Teams Unicorn and Mermaid in makeup harmony, has finally chosen a side with its newest release. Wannabe sea princesses, you've won for now. That's because Bitter Lace is currently taking preorders for its Mermaid Dreams Collection.

This launch is made up of 11 individual multiuse shades ($18 to $22), a refillable compact ($8), and a palette ($35). You can also buy the whole dang kit in a Bundle ($214) if you're inclined to have it all.

The powders are all iridescent illuminators that range from metallic neutrals, like the gray-beige Deadly Nightshade ($18), to iridescent color mixtures that shift once applied, like the violet-chartreuse Shell Me About It ($20).

If you've missed out on rainbow highlighter Prism ($22) in the past, now's your time: it's part of this collection.

Since these highlighters are handmade, no two items are alike. That also means it will take some time to get them. Although there are plenty of fish in the sea, the brand has said these preorders will ship in one to two months.
