Sure, Brie Larson's Versace dress was a major head turner at Saturday's SAG Awards in Los Angeles — but how about that updo? What looks like a simple chignon from the front is actually a much more complicated creation.
With her hair parted in the center, Brie's long hair was pulled back with what appeared to be a rubber band. But then, she and hair styist Mara Roszak created a flip-like style, which was one part bun and one part inside-out ponytail. Mara described the style on Instagram as simply, "loops and twists."
The rest of Brie's beauty look was simple and classic; she went with tan nails, red lips, and a slightly smoky eye with thick black liner. Since her makeup was so understated, it's clear Brie wanted to let her hair — and that dress — do the talking.
