Like most models, Chrissy Teigen is a jet-setter. Her travels often take her to seaside destinations, where she flaunts her amazing body in tiny swimsuits. When we sat down with the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover star at an event for Amopé — a pedicure tool that Chrissy declares she's obsessed with — she was as hilarious and genuine as ever. We got her to spill the seven beauty products she brings to the beach to inspire your own pretty packing. Bonus? She shared her best (and funniest) beauty advice she's ever received from her Oscar-winning husband, John Legend.

Body Bronzer
"I love Body Bling to highlight collarbones," Chrissy said. "Even when I have fantastic makeup artists on set, I do this myself and I know I'll look sexier." Fairer than Chrissy? Swap out the Original hue for Platinum.

"When you're on the beach for a swimsuit shoot, you never want to feel insecure about anything," Chrissy said, gesturing to her feet. "Also, my number-one pet peeve on vacation is when you get some kind of spa treatment or pedicure, nothing ever dries," she remarked. "Amopé is so easy, and it's handheld so you can just throw it in your bag." She later remarked that she gets contacted by multiple brands to be their spokesperson, but she teamed up with Amopé because she's a genuine fan of the product.

"Of course [sunglasses]. I can't swim," she admitted, "so I'm the one that's a little uncomfortable at the beach all the time." Chrissy has been spotted wearing these exact sunglasses on Instagram.

"At first, I was like, 'What's with the balls? I don't get it,'" Chrissy said. "But it actually works fantastically." Wiggle the brush at the base of your lashes for even more definition.

"I hate products that are too heavy and greasy feeling. This is superlight but still supermoisturizing," enthused Chrissy. Apply this luxe lotion within three minutes of getting out of the shower to lock in serious hydration.
John Legend's Beauty Advice
"On our first proper getaway trip, John and I were having a romantic dinner on the beach," Chrissy recalled. "He goes, 'You are so beautiful . . . and you'd be so much more beautiful with more eyebrows.'" Chrissy couldn't tell this story without laughing! "I had moved to Huntington Beach, [CA,] where all the girls had thin, rainbow-arched eyebrows. He was right — I grew them out, and I look much better. He's an eyebrow guy. I still make fun of him for it."
