Two of our favorite things just got combined into a beautiful masterpiece. An artist at Moscow salon Nail_Sunny has created a miniversion of the Huda Beauty Rose Gold Eyeshadow Palette and turned it into a 3D manicure. We're not sure a simple mani will ever be good enough for us again.
The manicure was the work of the salon owner, Eleonora Movsisian, whose motivation was simple: why the hell not? But, while her reason for tackling this challenge was straightforward, the process was far from simple!
The base of the palette was formed using a miniature hinge (probably from a jewelry box or similar), which is painted in various steps using gels to create the brand's iconic design. Once the palette base was complete, the artist took a real Huda Beauty Desert Dusk palette and crushed each shadow, transferring a little of the pigment into the new tiny palette.
After all the colors were added, holographic paper was used as the mirror, and the Huda beauty logo was painstakingly painted onto the palette. The details don't end there! The eye shadow brushes are also handmade and painted using similarly tiny brushes.
Not only does the manicure look great, it's actually a functioning palette. The tiny brushes are dipped into the palette shades and painted onto the fingers!
