Since I am convinced that there must be some Princess Diaries-esque switch-up that has kept me from my rightful title as the Princess of Genovia, I correct this mix-up by hoarding skin care fit for a royal. That is why I need this Jolicoeur Diamant Diamond-Infused Brightening Scrub ($40, originally $45).

Studies have shown that using ground diamonds in skincare products isn't just delightfully extra (although that would be a good enough reason to use it, IMO). These crystals also boost collagen and refract light, which makes you shine bright like a . . . well, you know.

This cruelty-free, corn-starch-looking scrub reportedly removes dead skin cells, which evens out complexions and preps the face so that primers and serums work more effectively. Bearberry, green tea, and papaya extracts all work together to fight hyperpigmentation, decrease wrinkles, and soften skin.

One fan of Diamant wrote on the brand's website that this powder was her go-to for reducing the appearance of acne scars and swears that she saw results in just one month. I haven't been this excited to try a product since I watched Mia Thermopolis turn into a princess.
