Kat Von D's Newest Tattoo Liner Is Even Better Than the OG

I've been a daily cat-eyed liquid-liner-wearer for almost a decade, and throughout that time, I've tried nearly every liner I can get my hands on, all in search of the blackest, most precise variety.
