Katy Perry rocked the halftime show at Super Bowl XLIX, performing most of her greatest hits including "Dark Horse" and "I Kissed a Girl." So of course, her beauty look was a Katy classic as well. Her jet-black hair was pulled up into a high ponytail, while her makeup palette consisted of winged eye makeup, red lips, and a dash of sparkle.

Katy Perry requested a perky ponytail for her halftime extravaganza, and hairstylist Clyde Haygood used Velcro hair extensions to achieve the updo. He curled the hair with KMS California 2-in-1 Styling + Finishing Spray ($20) and a two-inch barrel iron to get the bouncy curls. He slicked back Katy's natural hair using KMS California HairStay Styling Gel ($14) for glossy shine.

Makeup artist Jake Bailey created a bold eyeliner look using the CoverGirl Perfect Point Plus Eyeliner in Black Onyx ($13). To really make the cat-eye shape stand out, Bailey added loose gold and silver glitter on the lids as an accent, using adhesive — and her metallic makeup easily stayed put as she danced across the 50 yard line. Katy opted for a classic red lip (with a matching manicure) for the evening. The vibrant brick shade coordinated with all of her many outfit changes. Bailey used CoverGirl Colorlicious Lipstick in Seduce Scarlet ($8) with a dab of Mauva Lava ($9) lip gloss to finish. Even though we'll likely never get the chance to perform at football's greatest game, this makeup look is one we can wear any weekend.
