While Lady Gaga already looked red-hot on the Grammys red carpet, she really grabbed our attention when she took the stage to perform "Shallow" from A Star Is Born, which she cowrote. Her simple makeup and standout smoky eye were transformed for the performance with the addition of red lipstick and a bedazzled eyeliner look.
