I've tried so many cool skincare products while hosting POPSUGAR Beauty's weekly Instagram series First Impression Fri-YAY, I've lost track. But unfortunately, not all of them turn out well. Finding a fun new face mask or serum that actually works well for my skin is a rare event. But when it came to this new water-rubber molding mask from K-beauty brand MD's Pick, I was impressed . . . after I got past the crazy appearance, that is. Ahead, watch me put the product to the test, and then be sure to tune in every Friday on Instagram for more beauty reviews.

The first time I saw somebody try this goopy-looking mask online, they looked like a horror movie monster — but it's supposed to work wonders in rejuvenating tired skin, so I had to try it for myself.
It feels like a science experiment when combining the base and the powder.

The mask left a glossy residue on my face that helped me feel especially glowy; the cooling effect and fun appearance of the mask make it an overall win for me.
