According to dermatologist Dr. Timm Golueke, MD, the antioxidants in vitamin E improve circulation throughout your body, so applying it into the scalp before bed can help stimulate the blood-flow and growth.
Make Healthy Eating Choices
Maybe you've already added this on your list of New Year's resolutions, but munching on more of the right foods is not just good for your body, but also your hair. "Raw fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats are superfoods for hair growth," said Neos. "These are wholesome foods providing the most nutrition for your body, surplussing in the proper nutrition for healthy, long hair."
