Inspiration: This was definitely a grunge-inspired beauty look. The makeup team created a sooty, smudged cat-eye look, while the hair was structured with a v-shaped part yet mussed before the catwalk.

Inspiration: Although the strands were superstraight, Turner wanted them to float down the runway. And as for the makeup, matte was the goal.

Inspiration: The makeup at the Erdem show was meant to mimic a crazed botanist who spends all her time among nature. Garland created a dewy, rosy look. The hair was pulled back into a single plait with a middle part.

Inspiration: Each model wore a shaggy wig that mimicked the classic British bed head. Tilbury used two new Tom Ford ebony shadows to get the intense smoky eye. The entire look was inspired by Pretenders frontwoman Chrissie Hynde.

Inspiration: The designer wanted a minimal but luminous beauty look. So Guido used very little product for a wash-and-go-type finish. Pieroni used Nars Multiples from the upcoming collaboration with Christopher Kane to give each model a natural shine.

Inspiration: Hersheson created a whole new wave. The hair lain flat in a 2D texture for a more structured style. You can re-create the look by curling hair with a flat iron in a snaking pattern.

Inspiration: The entire collection was inspired by early Earth — Pangea specifically. For the beauty, the prehistoric notes translated to mussed waves and highlighted skin.

Inspiration: The Maasai cricket team was the inspiration for the Preen clothing, which translated to faux freckles for the makeup. The multicolored dots were scattered all around the face instead of just on the cheeks.
