8 Things That Make Victoria's Secret Angel Taylor Hill Feel Sexy as Hell

Everyone wants lush, thick eyebrows these days. And Taylor figured out the secret to enhancing what you were born with. "For the longest time I never touched them and would't let anyone do them," she revealed. "So they really grew out. When you're younger, everyone always got waxes and the hair would stop growing there. My mom refused to let me do that, and they just grew out like crazy. Now they're really thick."

Like the rest of us, she does use makeup to enhance her arches. "I'll only ever fluff the middle of them, and just a little bit," she noted. "I don't shape them. If anything, I'll lightly fill them in because they have sparse, bald spots just like everyone else. I just let them do their thing."

If you thought you needed to wear your hair down to feel hot, then this Angel is going to prove you wrong. "I have a lot of crazy hair," she began. "The one thing I always love to do every day that makes me feel the most confident and sexy is when I just put my hair up in a topknot. Like every day, always. It's off my face, it's messy. I have so much of it, I never know what to do with it."

Taylor breaks down her topknot technique: "I wrap it around in a circle really tight, and then I wrap the ponytail around the bun itself. I don't make a ponytail and then the bun; I make the bun and wrap the bun with the band, and pull it out a little bit."

And she has no problem wearing a casual bun with a fancy outfit. "I usually wear my hair up with a lot of red carpet events and even with a full-on gown," she said. "You can do it really clean or really messy depending on the dress. I think it's a really great way to if you don't know what to do, it always looks good."

After weightlifting was tough on Taylor's back and body, she switched workouts. She now trains privately with someone from Modelfit, a popular NYC studio where instructors focus on controlled isometric movements.

"It's slow, controlled movements and targeting certain parts of your body that you wouldn't normally use if you were running or lifting weights," Taylor said. "This is more on a smaller scale but just as effective."

Though pricy, she has seen results from working with a trainer. "If it's not one-on-one or in a small group, you cheat and it doesn't work," she explained. "My trainer is super tough on me all the time — specifically, my form and the way I'm doing things. [He] makes sure I'm doing it the right way, so it's targeting the correct muscle in my body. Connecting your mind and body is the main goal. Be focused and feel it where you want to feel it. The next day I can't move and I'm sore in really random places on my body. It's a weird feeling, but you feel really good."

Watching a gorgeous woman eat a cheeseburger or fluffy cupcake is sexy. "I like to eat everything," Taylor admitted. "I don't do a certain diet, mostly because I'm 20, and I probably don't really have to yet. I think it's really important when you're younger — I am speaking to young women out there — to feel confident eating whatever you want. But what I always say is: everything in moderation."

She went on: "I don't eat chocolate cake every day, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to have it when I want it. If you do a really crazy diet and then start craving bad foods or sweets, you will binge. It's even worse than just going with the flow and just eating it. You might as well. Don't overeat or don't eat crazy bad food like McDonald's every day. Just mix it between your meals. I love kale caesar salad, and then for dinner I'll just want a piece of pizza."

While heels and skinny jeans make your legs look amazing, Taylor feels most confident in casual clothes. "Being really comfortable — even in my beauty routine [makes me feel sexy]," she said. "I just want to feel comfortable. Not too dressed up or not like me. Let your hair down and hang out!"
