This Student Loved Her Glow Palette So Much, She Took Her Senior Pictures With It

Last Fall, Instagram makeup artist James Charles's famous senior class photo (you know, the one with the "poppin' highlight"?) basically got him a CoverGirl contract. Now, a teen in the Philippines, Janssen Mendoza, is giving us even more portrait goals with her recent post to Instagram.

According to Seventeen.com, Janssen is graduating from Polytechnic University of the Philippines this Spring and has been working side gigs as a makeup artist while working on her degree. She flaunted her love of cosmetics in the above senior photo, which shows her using a fan brush to apply highlighter. (To be specific, it's the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit in Sun Dipped ($40).)

"I posted this picture to show that I could pursue my love for makeup while excelling in academics," she shared with Seventeen.com. "I'm a full scholar and a candidate for honors. I just want to prove to others that I can do both."

In an era where makeup shaming is unfortunately quite prevalent, we're so happy to see Janssen is slam the haters — and showcase her talents — in one fell swoop.
