Victoria Beckham’s New Beauty Brand Is Going the Extra Mile For Sustainability

After years of dropping hints, Victoria Beckham finally announced she's launching a beauty line back in February. The fashion designer has turned her attention to the beauty business to launch Victoria Beckham Beauty, which will sit alongside fashion on Victoriabeckham.com.

"I want to take care of women inside and out, providing them with the must-have items in makeup, skin care, fragrance, and wellness that I feel I need in my own life", Beckham said in a statement. Sarah Creal, who worked with Beckham on the Estée Lauder collection will help with the launch and will be cofounder and CEO of Victoria Beckham Beauty. Beckham has since revealed that her collection will be "very sustainable", she explained "since all the packaging is post-consumer and about keeping the quality high, but being more democratic. So, we are pushing prices a little lower." Beckham won't be selling the products in major department stores, apart from the possibility of "unique specialty boutiques."

Although Victoria Beckham Beauty will be based in New York, it will launch at London Fashion Week in September. In the meantime, make sure you're signed up to receive all the information you need about the upcoming launch.
