14 Victoria's Secret Angels Fess Up How They Have Perfect Skin

Favorite Victoria's Secret Fashion Show memory: "Other than the first time I walked down the runway, it would be last year when I opened the show in the Fantasy Bra. That's kind of a big deal for an Angel! There's so much hype around it. I loved it . . . It's a little bit heavy. It's a strange feeling, because it's cold — it's like a metal bra. I felt like it might just pop open on the runway, but otherwise, it felt great."

Must-have beauty product for travel: "Rosewater Spray, Max Factor mascara, and a good concealer. I like the creamy concealers because you can really work it in with your fingers, and it becomes more part of your skin. Also, dry shampoo. Whoever invented dry shampoo, I'm like 'Thank you, God!'"

Favorite Victoria's Secret Fashion Show memory: "I believe it was LA when Justin Timberlake performed 'Sexy Back,' that was the song of the year. To see him perform that — you could feel the energy through the TV. I wasn't a part of the show [that year], but I remember watching it and thinking, 'Oh my god, that would be so much fun.' And my first show, of course."

Must-have beauty product for travel: "I always make sure to bring Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair. The serum is incredible and is super supple. Your skin feels healthy and it calms you down."

Essential skin care step: "Probably washing my face with something that has salicylic acid, because that cleans out pores and impurities. You get makeup put on day in and day out, and it's nice to make sure everything is clean."

Spirit animal: "My spirit animal is probably a dragon. I feel like it's a mythical animal but it represents true wisdom and power. It's a subtle animal that's dormant, but once it comes out, it's powerful and strong, and there's a force that comes with it. It's ancient and almost a mystique."

Favorite Victoria's Secret Fashion Show memory: "The first show that I did, we took a flight from JFK — so it's actually very similar to this — to Cannes. We took the Concord. We did the show at the Cannes Film Festival, and it was a unique experience. It was amazing and gorgeous. For my first time, it was so glamorous. The girls who were doing the show at the time were Stephanie Seymour and Karen Mulder."

Must-have beauty product for travel: "I don't really have much — just a lip balm and vitamin C serum and moisturizer for when I take the makeup off. In a little bit, I'm going to put it on and go to sleep."

Essential skin care step: "Washing my face everything and putting on a toner or something to really take all of the makeup off. And I do love the vitamin C serum. So I have a few of them and I wear them morning and night. I use ones from the dermatologist and my facialist."

Spirit animal: "Well, I think I'm a wolf. I don't know. I just think wolves are mysterious. I don't know, I just feel like a wolf sometimes."

Favorite Victoria's Secret Fashion Show memory: "It was the fashion show that I opened in 2008. It was a big moment for me. It was a lot of pressure because I was opening the show but I had fun. I was wearing a black push-up bra and a really long train with white stripes. I believe it was the year that Justin Timberlake performed and he was amazing. He's an amazing dancer and singer, and [it was exciting] just to have the opportunity to be so close to him."

Must-have beauty product for travel: "Since I travel so much, I love argan oil, rosewater, and lip balm."

Essential skin care step: "It's very important to take off your makeup very well, wash your face, and make sure that your face is extremely clean after your makeup is off . . . I use wipes."

Spirit animal: "For me, I feel like I'm a panther. It's just such a beautiful animal. It's very exotic and precise. And I just feel like maybe I would like to be one. I just have that connection."

Favorite Victoria's Secret Fashion Show memory: "Doing my first runway show was pretty memorable because it was my first time and that was so exciting. Also, last year, it was really fun to walk down the runway with Taylor [Swift]. I'm so excited [for her to come back this year]. It's fun having your friends around, and she's just so fun to be with, so it'll be awesome."

Must-have beauty product for travel: "Well I love the makeup today — it's very fresh and gorgeous, which is very my style. Clean, fresh skin, beautiful blush, and light mascara."

Essential skin care step: "I never travel without my Proactiv Plus, which is amazing because when you're stressed out, it's just one thing you don't have to worry about."

Spirit animal: "I would say a gazelle. They used to call me that on my soccer team."

Essential skin care step: "No matter how tired I am, I force myself — before I crash in bed — to take all my makeup off and brush my teeth. Because if I don't, in the morning, I feel gross and regret it. It's just worth that extra bit of effort. I like to use the Clarisonic and Dermalogica [face wash], because it's gentle."

Spirit animal: "Hands down, I'm a giraffe. They're very tall, obviously, and long. But they're also very graceful, kind, and gentle. I'd like to think that I'm a giraffe."

Essential skin care step: "Always taking my makeup off before bed. That's the most important. If I don't have makeup remover, I use a little bit of oil or something. But it always comes off or I can't go to bed, because I feel like my eyes look so tired the next morning. It's so important to give your skin a break. I use an oil-based cleanser for my eyes. I never exfoliate my skin because it's very dry, so my facialist told me not to. She gives me a gentle foam cleanser."

Spirit animal: "I would have to be some kind of bird, I think. Or maybe a dolphin. I feel like they're very spiritual, and it must be amazing to be able to swim wherever you want to go."

Essential skin care step: "Cleansing. Cleaning my face is the most important. Then, always moisturizing. And always, always sunblock. For my face, I never go lower than SPF 50. For my body, I'll use SPF 30 . . . 15 . . . 5 . . . 3! [laughs]."

Spirit animal: "Lion [laughs], because I love them. I feel like a cat."

Favorite Victoria's Secret Fashion Show memory: "Probably the year when Naomi and Tyra were in the show together. That was a standout moment for me."

Must-have beauty product for travel: "Recently I did a trip to Tokyo and I was fascinated with their cosmetics because they are hardcore with their stuff. So I fell in love with a brand called SK-II. And their facial treatment sheet is amazing. So I carry that with me — especially on long flights — it's great."

Essential skin care step: "Always take off my makeup, that is number one. Even if I come in late at night, I have to take off my makeup before I go to bed. Since going to Tokyo, my skin care regimen has totally changed. They use cleansing oil, so I now use a cleansing oil over a cleansing foam."

Spirit animal: "I'm a Leo, so I would say lion. Or a giraffe, because I've got a long neck. I'm long and lanky."

Essential skin care step: "I always use makeup remover all over. If I don't have makeup on that day, I'll use the cleansing oil to take off all the dust, and then I'll use a cleanser and lotions and cream. And after that, I'll put on a sleeping mask that's a thicker cream. The most important thing is you have to put on sunblock every day — to really avoid harm from the sun. Like wrinkles and freckles. Americans think freckles are cute but they're not really for Asians."

Spirit animal: "I'm a cat. I really like dogs, I have a dog in my family but I don't feel like I am like that. But then I would never own a cat. I'm lazy, but sometimes naughty."

Favorite Victoria's Secret Fashion Show memory: "The first one I did. I will never forget Rihanna on stage. I mean, she's just so sexy. She has swag, she has her ways. It was just amazing walking past her and she was interacting with me. She's so cute."

Must-have beauty product for travel: "A tinted moisturizer with SPF 30 every day. Also, [I take] aloe capsules. They keep you fresh because you're always fighting toxins from the environment that kill skin cells, so it rejuvenates."

Essential skin care step: "Rosewater on my face after showering, and never clean your face with dirty towels. You never know where they've been, so it's better just to clean your face with cotton."

Spirit animal: "Panthers. They're my favorite. I just love panthers; you can't trust them but you can trust me."

Favorite Victoria's Secret Fashion Show memory: "Probably last year, my first one. When we lined up right before going on the runway, it was such an epic moment of freaking out and being excited and nervous all at the same time. And then also the finale when we all lined up at the end. You're sad because it's over, but it was just so much fun that you don't want to walk off the stage."

Must-have beauty product for travel: "My Clarisonic Spin Brush, which is very good for cleaning out pores and getting rid of dry skin. And then the Chanel Hydra Beauty Creme lotion — it's very moisturizing without making you break out. And it's not heavy and oily. It's light but moisturizing at the same time. Those are probably my two main ones, cleansing and moisturizing. And Bioderma for makeup-removing purposes, because with my job, we get a lot of makeup caked on. So that's a very nice, non-drying-out makeup remover."

Essential skin care step: "Taking my makeup off at night. I never, ever sleep with makeup on. And also, I can't sleep with my hair dirty; otherwise, it just goes to my skin and makes me break out. My skin breaks out a lot because of the hairspray. I have to shower at night, and it just gives me more time to sleep in the morning."

Spirit animal: "Maybe a cheetah. I like to observe and then attack."

Favorite Victoria's Secret Fashion Show memory: "It was my first show, three years ago, and when I walked onto the catwalk, the entire Bruno Mars band danced with me. That was a lovely moment. I had a huge beach hat and beach ball — I had a really fun moment there."

Must-have beauty product for travel: "I love a moisturizer called Embryolisse that I always use. It saves your skin from jet lag and [spending] a lot of hours on an airplane. I really love Estée Lauder lip balms — they're great. And I wear a lot of Laura Mercier makeup. And Victoria's Secret [makeup] too, I use a lot of their lipsticks and some of the styling products."

Essential skin care step: "It may not be just a skin care step, but I love steaming after a workout. I think it changes a lot of things and how your skin looks. Do that, then clean your skin, exfoliate, and hydrate. It's also good to wait a little bit before you go out onto the street because there's pollution and dust, and your pores are open so you have to be careful. But steaming really helps with all of the flying and the hard work to balance your skin and your mind."

Spirit animal: "I'm a bird. I can't really be in the same place for too long. I love traveling and meeting new people. And I love to fly."
