The Must-See Beauty Looks From This Year's Met Gala

Hathaway wore a voluminous half-up, half-down hairstyle for the occasion by celebrity hairstylist Orlando Pita using Orlando Pita Play products.

"The look features a Chanel-inspired hair camellia, a flower made out of hair, from a show I once did in the mid-'90s," Pita said in a press release. "I had kept this from the show and thought it was the perfect opportunity to include in her look to honor tonight's theme."

Lipa, cochair of the event, wore a milk french manicure by celebrity nail artist Mei Kawajiri using Essie products. She also had tousled waves and a shimmery, smoky-eye makeup look by celebrity makeup artist Pat McGrath using Pat McGrath Labs products.

Lizzo's hairstylist Shelby Swain used Dyson hot tools and Lush Fresh Cosmetics hair products to create her curly updo and micro-bangs style.

"Creating Lizzos' look for the Met Gala was a sensory dream," Swain said in a press release. "The experience itself was so full of texture, aroma, and tools that created the perfect combination of effortless beauty."

Pugh's hairstylist Peter Lux gave her the buzz cut for the event.

Brosnahan's hairstylist Owen Gould used Better Not Younger hair products to create her sleek ponytail style.

"For Rachel's Met look, we wanted the hair to be sexy, sleek, and sophisticated," Gould said in a press release. "Her custom Sergio Hudson dress really lent itself to that overall vibe so we decided on a modern take on the classic ponytail."

Bündchen's hairstylist David von Cannon used Olivia Garden and Sol de Janeiro products to create her beachy waves. "We went for a quintessential Gisele, accentuated by a beautiful natural wave," he said in a press release.

Graham's hairstylist Justine Marjan used Great Lengths Hair Extensions, GHD Hair Tools, and Tresemmé products to create her bob style.

"We were inspired by the classic Chanel bob and wanted to give a nod to the legacy of the brand and the era it was founded. Most of Karl's collections featured the models with slicked back hair or side parts, so we went for a side part and the wavy pattern in the front paid homage to the hair in Chanel's spring '93 collection. The flipped ends were from Chanel's spring '97 couture show," Marjan said in a press release.

Wilde's nails featured the classic supermodel nails trend. Celebrity makeup artist and Bakeup cofounder Jo Baker created Wilde's soft glam using Bakeup and 111Skin products. Her hair was by Mara Roszak using ROZ and Bellami hair products.

"Karl represents timeless, polished beauty that is chic and understated. When you think of him you don't think trends or bright colors, so tonight we wanted to bring to life goddess vibes, old school '80s disco that is elegance at the highest standard," Baker said of the makeup in a press release.

Seyfried's hairstylist Renato Campora created her stunning disco curls. Her makeup was by Genevieve Herr using Lancôme products.

"The inspiration was Karl Lagerfeld's designs for Chloe in the '70s; the big curly hair of the time, the deep saturated lip, and smoky eyes with a modern twist of color instead of black, and very little blush," Herr said in a press release.

Shahidi's hairstylist Sherri Ann Cole created her glamorous side-parted style.

Her makeup was by Nikki Wolff using Dior Beauty products, and her nails were by manicurist Mo Qin.

Kloss's hairstylist Irinel de León used Living Proof products and Dyson hot tools to create her sleek ponytail style.

Rodrigo's hairstylist Clayton Hawkins used Tangle Teezer and Dove products to create her sleek bun and micro-bangs style. "For this year's Met Gala, we wanted to keep it classic. As a nod to Karl Lagerfeld and Old Hollywood, we went with a sleek bun with bangs in front," Hawkins said in a press release.
