PS: One of your signature features is your brows. Tell us your grooming routine and what products you use yourself.
LH: I've actually never had anyone touch my eyebrows; I have always done them myself. I don't really trust anyone, so I just tweeze myself. It's really trial and error. We all go through that phase when we overpluck them or don't pluck them enough. I finally found a shape that works for my face. I have bolder brows, and when I was younger I hated them. I hated that they made me a little different. But that's the exact reason why I love them now that I'm older.
Pretty much the only thing I use on my brows is a brown brow pencil. My favorite is Dior's brow pencil in Universal. It's amazing — you can fill in where you need to. Other than that, it's just tweezers and a steady hand.
PS: Your eyes always pop on the red carpet — what's your favorite beauty trick to make them stand out?
LH: I always rim the inner part of my eyes with black liner. I have really large eyes, and I feel like that makes them pop even more. I have hazel eyes, so anything with purple undertones really makes my eyes look more green.
PS: Do you ever draw beauty inspiration from your PLL character Aria?
LH: Aria is very willing to push the envelope and be daring. I have had to be her pretty much every day for five years, so I think that reflects in my everyday life as well. She makes very strong choices, and I respect that. So I would say she inspires me a little bit.
